I adore Sophie Kinsella and this series has not lost it's entertainment value. Becky Bloomwood is one of those Lucy-type characters. She always gets herself into wacky situations and this one doesn't disappoint. I did get get dragged down in one or two place by the plot, but it quickly picked up again. Becky finds that her daughter, Minnie, has become uncontrollable at two years and even though several people tell her that she is a normal two year, Becky goes into overdrive. Which of course, means SHOPPING! This is such a wonderful plot and Becky actually shows signs of maturity towards the ends. The end also gives a hint to the next book: HOLLYWOOD!
